March 2022 Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Hello,

I submitted my wife's inland sponsorship via online portal. I have received the COPR number on the online portal but since then no updates. I have not received the email signed copy of the COPR and I am not sure what are my next steps. Does anyone know, if they still send out the signed COPR via mail or email or if the number assigned is the only confirmation I will receive? Can I use it this number to apply for SIN card or travel?

It's been over a month since the number has been assigned and I have also do stop receiving ghost updates on the online portal as well.

Please assist.

I am not sure whether it is good or bad, but I just received an ADR (Marriage contract + proof that sponsor is currently residing in Canada) from the Beirut VO. What is weird is that the eligibility check on the PR tracker still shows not started.

Say To Whom It May Concern tell them your full names and ask if you can get financial support for your self and your family.or do you want me to help you do it? No bank details no paying the $50,000 back Cheers

It is a scam. Do not send any money or respond to them.

This is normal. The sponsor approval is a different step from PA Eligibility. You should be receiving the eligibility soon if the sponsor has been approved.
