OINP and express entry at same time?

I have 420 score under express entry.
But not to sure if that be good to wait or should i apply OINP (international
Student stream) for safer side

can we apply both at same time while my file is under express entry pool
As well?

Yes you can. Assume your employer meets requirements and is willing to support your nomination for OINP.

Honestly not to 420 unless IRCC starts selected from specific NOCs. What NOCs have yet to be determined.
