Sorry I did not explain well the situation, My father sponsored me as a child. But I was leaving in. Albania with my mother. My sponsorship application is at Rome offices for decision. Now I have moved to USA because I am a citizen. I need to change the address for Rome office, I have to let them know about my charge. If I do it online through the address change. Is it for the form for sponsor or the applicant?
thank you very much
Sounds complicated. Anyway, you can use a Webform for a variety of reasons (updating address, phone, email; submitting new information or documents; asking questions or seeking clarification). You/your father or an Authorized Representative can update a Sponsor's &/or the Sponsored person's (or an Applicant's &/or Dependent's) address as long as you provide enough detailed information so they know what to update and for whom: UCI, Application Number, Full Name, etc., the new information & if relevant, the reason for the change, & anything else relevant to your request. Because you have moved to the US, and depending how long you have now been there (over 6 months, after age of 18), expect that you/your father may get additional requests to update other documents and provide a US Police Clearance Certificate. I don't know enough about your circumstances to say more.
