Hi all!
I currently hold Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering (4 years Canadian Degree equivalent according to WES). But it was from 2011.

Currently I’m doing my research for PG Diploma or Master degree in Architectural field. Is it a possibility to come from a different background?
I understand that I have to check each school’s website and admission information and I would like to have some advice and opinions here first. Nothing like advices coming from people who have gone through the process one way or the other, right?

Or should I go back to college programs like Sheridan, Centennial, George Brown programs etc?

Please shed a light on this clueless lost future student!

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest Master's (if you can afford) as they have high chances of getting approved. If not, then go for public colleges. And the gap in your background studies and desired course totally depends on your SOP, you are good to go if you can justify your choice. Good Luck :)

Thank you very much. But what is SOP? Sorry for asking, I’m kind of new here.

Hello, me again!

what if I tried with college diploma courses like 2-year Arch; Technician and got refused, can I shamelessly try again with Master courses shortly after refusal?
And which provinces have easier or better chances to get PR after studying?
Thank you!

Yes you can apply as many times as you want. I am not sure but I heard Saskatchewan is the easiest one to give PR. You should checkout the Immigration sections of Forums for better results.
