LMIA Exempt WP

Hi all,
I successfully got a Senior role with a canadian employer. I have been given the LMIA exempt number and I have also submitted my application.
My only concern is, under what circumstance can my application be withdrawn or rejected? And what are the timelines of the applications. NB: Not under GSS.
Received BIL on 23rd October
Biometrics on 24th.

There are a number of different reasons why applications are sometimes rejected / refused. I would recommend you read through the posts in the Visitors section of the forum to see those reasons. Most commonly it's due to lack of ties to the home country or the officer being concerned a person doesn't have the experience / background for the job they plan to do in Canada.

You can see timelines in the Visitors section of the forum too. Plan on a number of months before you hear back.
