Form 5768 Understanding- Parents Sponsorship

Hi Everyone,
Need some help in filling out Form 5768e to sponsor my parents, I am confused with the undertaking part. My wife was on my application as a spouse when we both got our PR status but now i am a citizen but she still has PR status. I am confused should i include her in section 3 (i) or section 5.

do we have to specify income on any specific form if we had a kid and our family size is increased this year? Please help

You didn't not sponsored her and she is not in your undertaking. She was included in your PR application. Not sponsored thus has nothing to do with undertaking. (unlike your parents who will be your undertaking for the 20 years after they become PRs)
If she is a co-signer, then include her in section 4.
If not, include her in section 5.

You didn't not sponsored her and she is not in your undertaking. She was included in your PR application. Not sponsored thus has nothing to do with undertaking. (unlike your parents who will be your undertaking for the 20 years after they become PRs)

Yes, she is co-signing. She hasn't sponsored or cosigned anybody before this application. This will be her first time co-signing the application. How should Include her in section 4. Where should I put "1" for her. Sorry if I I not being clear.

I have added "1" for myself "2" for parents in 3(i) and "1" for kid in section 6

You need to fill section 4 since your spouse is co-signing. But all those boxes should be 0 since he/she didn't have undertaking of any pervious sponsorship. (just like what you put in section 3)

And the you will add your spouse in section 5.

5. Your spouse or common-law partner, if not included in 3. above. Provide details on the back of this page if they are not co-signing the undertaking.
