Guys what email did ceremony email come from. My tracker was updated on November 3 to say ceremony is scheduled on nov 3 and I missed this and I recieved no email. Will they schedule you on the same day like this? Not sure what to do or if they made a mistake with the date. Do they not give u noticed? It seems my previous update was nov 2 and then ceremony on nov 3 something seems wrong here

That is a new one. Even for folks who get email in advance, there is an option for them to get in touch within 30 days from oath date with a reasonable explanation, should they miss the oath for any reason. This could happen because of travel, health, emergency etc.

So get in touch with customer service agent asap and let them know you never got a email notification and request for a reschedule. You might also want to check your junk folder. Good luck.

hello everyone. my tracker shows some weird things. has any of you experienced this kind of stuff? hope I didn't miss my ceremony coz I got this updated today but it deals with nov 3.

I just had the same problem hahaha and clearly many other people did... did you contact IRCC?

I got the update today on my tracket, saying the same thing that you received:

Folks who have applied for Canadian Passport, could you clarify these?

• Previous Canadian Travel Document - PR card was a travel document, are we supposed to use that? or still mention as No?
• The address column for employer is too small when filling it via Adobe. Is there any suggestion?
• Can we sign the document via Adobe similar to oath form process?

1) No, no need to mention it.

2) my current company name is 30 characters long. Had no issues entering it using Adobe. You can handwrite it as well. I handwrote my Citizenship Certificate number on a partially Adobe filled application. There were no issues during submission at Service Canada.

3) no, print the form and sign it with wet ink (blue or black). Your guarantor will need to fill a couple columns (years known, signatures, place signed and date).

How many times do you guys try to contact IRCC on the phone till you get a place on the line? I tried like 10x an it was says they are unable to transfer due to high volume of calls.... lol

hahaha am on the call too with them and unable to get through too..

Anyone trying to contact IRCC, follow these instructions.

"I use this number 1-888-242-2100
After entering your UCI and confirming it. You can press 340 without waiting for the message after one or two trials, it will let you through "

Yeah, company name wasn't a issue, just the address column was small. Thanks for the tip, will just use hand write that part.
