but my one friend same decision made September after 10 days received pr photo portal email, when he submitted after 25 days received copr

HC Refused today. Officer did not specify any reasons; just said they considered ALL factors and did not find it sufficient: My grounds was best interest of child also consequences of separation from relatives and ties to Canada. Very strong case with medical notes. I think officer completely ignored all the factors and deiced to just move on to the next case. Im devastated....

Don't worry and be positive, you can apply for reconsideration or new application or JR but first you have to apply for refusal notes by email VancouverBRO@cic.gc.ca

Hey, dont worry its not the end. Go for reconsideration but first you have to get the refusal notes! if it’s vancouver office email them at - VancouverBRO@cic.gc.ca
If its toronto office email them at - TorontoPRRA-ERAR@cic.gc.ca

Thank you so much Tony! I will do that right away... I cant wait to see what was the real reason behind the refusal such a strong well supported case... I gathered all evidences I could have, school, sports, pediatrician, clinic, hospital, employer, friends, volunteering. What else did they want I wonder...

Dont worry, yiu will find everything in officer’s note. lets see why he wasn’t satisfied!

Yes once you have ecopr you can go directly to the office that holds your passport and they will give it back.
