PR card of only one family member received

Hi all,

I & my husband landed on the 4th August 2022 as PR. My husband received his PR card in the first week of October.
However, I (Primary Applicant) have still not received it.
Has this happened to anyone in this group recently?
Any suggestions on what to do next?

PR card applications are separate even if the PR application was the same. The situation you are in is perfectly normal. To know status of your PR card, call IRCC and check. Also link PR card application to gckey account to keep a track of status.

same. Landed on may 25th, husband main applicant received pr card end of july, while my son and I were requested to resubmit new photo... Till now no PR card, seems they are clearing photo resubmission from june 9th.... Maybe next year we will get the card...

I applied through express entry & waiting for my initial PR card, so haven’t really applied separately for a PR card.I never get through while calling IRCC. Is it still possible toget to know the status of my initial PR card via my account?

You dont need to apply for pr card. You just need to link it to your gckey.

PR card application is initiated by border officer at port of landing. You can just track the status online once linked.

Same situation. In my case even though the status says 'dispatched .wait for 6 weeks' on the same day For both of us.

. . I have received it. My spouse has not. Anyone faced this ?

Hi, We are in the same page. We landed on May 11th. I got my PR card in July and my Husband did not receive his PR card yet. he was asked to send a new set of photos on June 21st and we sent them on July 18th.
Can you please tell me how to link the account to see the notification? if there is a change.

You connect to GCKEy before clicking on permanent residency file you will see just after "Did you apply on paper... Add, link your application to your account. Click on it.
Simply follow the steps and you will be able to see it in your profile.
