I have a employer-specific WP in which I got a reference letter as a sales supervisor NOC 6211 for my foreign experience, but now that I'm trying to apply for the PR I realized that another NOC 6235 could fit better to what I did, is there any problem if I get different reference letter with a better description as a financial sales and service supervisor from the one I use to get my WP?

So you work in a bank or credit union? That is NOC 6235.

Financial sales representatives sell basic deposit, investment and loan products and services to individuals and businesses. They work in banks, credit unions, trust companies and similar financial institutions.

Your LMIA is tied to the NOC so you use NOC 6211.

Yes, I used to work on loan products company. and I had and WP LMIA exemption

But if your work permit and LMIA states NOC 6211 that is the one you use. You can’t use a different NOC.
