Virtual ceremony by Niagara Falls office.

I emailed oath affirmation document immediately after ceremony, got an automated reply acknowledging receipt.

No updates since then, still showing decision made and in-progress

I did request urgent and she did say in registration that they will try their best to get it to me as fast as they can.

ECAS status is Decision Made

checked my mail today, certificate had arrived, likely today or yesterday. Online status is still in progress.

Interesting. When you called them, what did they tell you? Not dispatched?

I did not call them. surprisingly perhaps because I have US number, when I called them, I got number unreachable. I did send a webform today but it is moot now.

If it’s closed, they’ve shipped your citizenship certificate, you should have it in a few days

configuration and file closed mean your certificate is ship get 3-5 days

Hello. I did my citizenship ceremony on October 17 2022 and my portal was updated to all complete October 25, 2022 and I haven't received citizenship certificate yet. Any idea how long it'll take to get the certificate mailed?

when you received configuration and file is closed message certificate ship get you 3 to 5 dayes

If someone could give an answer, it would be great. Can we take a Oath from US and getting the citizenship certificate mailed to US address? Anybody had this issue?
