I got response from MP office. I applied for mother in law,

criminality, security and biometric is passed. But they mentioned enrolment is passed, when I asked about eligibility they said enrolment and eligibility is same. I never heard about enrolment stage? Any thoughts if eligibility is passed? Since security is passed thinking eligibility also might be passed.

Hello all,
I received an email for my mum to do her medicals. We did medicals in June this year before submission, so I'm not sure why they are asking for another medical exam. has this happened to anyone?

Assuming we redo the medicals, would the doctor send the results directly to IRCC or do we have to the confirmation receipt obtained from the hospital to IRCC?

Hello, the same happened with my mother, we had already done upfront medical but we got the request for medicals. Did you do redo or submit the same report again and any updates please?

Hi All,

I have been in Canada for 3 months now and plannign to apply for a super visa for parents. Me and my wife both earn well around 100K per annum but do not have any T4 as of yet.

Can I still go ahead and apply and furnish our payslips and Job offer letters stating yearly package in place of T4 document ?

Applied second time on new portal after my application dated 24th May 2021 never moved an inch:
*For both parents*
Application Date: 20th Oct 2022
Biometric: previous application
Medical request: 26th Oct 2022
Review of Eligibility: 26th Oct 2022
Medical submission: 3rd Nov 2022
Medical Pass for both: 7th Nov 2022

I would strongly recommend the old applicants to apply again on new portal. Don’t think twice!

436 days and counting since I applied for a P&GP Supervisa. Processing times from the UK (until recently when they stopped publishing potential timeframes), when I applied was 205 days, reducing over the year to as low as 125/6. Despite selecting the monthly updates option on my profile page, I have received only 1 last autumn, which was a standard computer generated response. I have submitted their Web form on 2 occasions with specific queries about my application, none of which have been answered, with a cut & paste style response letter to only the first enquiry. I paid for an upfront medical which was acknowledged as passed in Feb this year (hurrah I thought, not long now!) Oh how wrong I was. The "passed your medical" statement dusappeared from my account in May with no explanation. I feel as if i am in limbo in a black hole of ircc, with little to no communications and no avenue of suitable redress. If I complain, then I am fearful my application will just be lost completely or rejected, and they're restarting Express Entry, so it's just going to get even worse. Has anyone actually got a Supervisa, and how long did it actually take if you dont mind me asking?

Your case is very similar to mine, adding to my last comment; the “medical passed” disappeared from my parents profile too, and after that, nothing happened, absolutely nothing. I reapplied on new portal and within 15 days, the application is on last stage.

So, dnt wait! Apply on the new portal!

Yes! Auguat 31 the apllication was received. They requested biometrics, approved and stop!

Hi All,

Anyone in the same situation as mine ?

My parents applied for regular visit visa in April 2022 and gave their biometrics on April 11 2022 from United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Since then there is no update on their application. Now, my situation has changed and I am currently pregnant due in Feb 2023.This is my first pregnancy and would love to have my parents here for support.

Since there was no update, we (me and my husband) decided to apply for their super visa. We applied for their Super visa on Oct 13th 2022 for my parents residing in Dubai UAE. Eligibility review has not started yet. Processing time at the time of application was 95 days and now its says 161 days.

Any suggestions as to how we can expedite the process and get a visa for my parents?
