Hi,
Both Feb 18 and April 8 are on a Saturday. Do you or anyone else know what happens if the bring forward date is on a Saturday or a holiday? Does it automatically get pushed in the system to the next working day?

Not sure the bring-forward dates are effective or used as intended in practice. If that was the case, most applications would get some form of update every 60 days.

mine changed to completed 19 october but tracker updated 21 october

It's the tracker updated date. If I see the activity then that was updated on 15th October. So it took 3 days to reflect in the tracker. Same with the oath date. It was updated on 1st November but reflected in the tracker today.
In think you can expect yours anytime soon. Good luck .
