Yes you will get.
On what basis did you respond "yes" to this question? Please tell me/us if there's something we don't know. CRS scores are currently at around 500, and pre-pandemic were 460-480 in most draws. So on what basis do you provide this advice? Are you forecasting CRS scores to drop to 410?? And how?

The only time scores ever dropped to around ~400 were due to IRCC targeting only CEC candidates during the pandemic, but that was a once-off that they have not provided any indication will be repeated. So I'm little concerned about the accuracy of your advice on the basis of current invitation trends.

OP: here is your real advice. At 410, your prospect of an invitation is probably zero, sorry. You may wish to look at provincial nominee programs instead.

This is garbage advice and I'm annoyed even reading it.

Thank you for your inputs.
My original question entails asking about the PNP programs itself.

So in that case your question is phrased incorrectly. Your CRS score technically doesn't even matter as far as PNP goes, because when you get a nomination one of two things happen.
  1. If your nomination is valid for Express Entry, you automatically get +600 points. At even just 600, you are guaranteed an invite, so technically your score would be 1010. You'll receive an ITA in the next all-program draw without a doubt.
  2. If your nomination is not valid for EE, then you apply via the Non-EE PR Portal. There are no draws or points requirements, but the processing time is generally much longer.
But in order to get nominated, that's the very hard part. You will generally have to go through a province's points system. e.g. SINP, Alberta, Ontario etc. all have their own so-called "grid scoring system" based on their labour needs and the nuances of how they value immigrants. So for you, you'll need to hope you have enough points and that your skills are even wanted by a province. So you'll need to do your research on that - the CRS is irrelevant.

With your score, only Alberta is an option. They would need to select your NOC (Alberta does not publish NOCs) and score. Also do not think Alberta has had an EE draw in a while. Focus on tech and those working in the province.

Thank you, that's really helpful.
