I guess the question is,I think, once someone has valid work permit, valid visa and living closer to Peace Bridge, Queenston-Lewiston Bridge and Rainbow Bridge can try flagpoling. It is mentioned in the official website. It is for persons who
(https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/settle-setablir-eng.html)
- currently reside in Canada
- possess a valid work or study permit, or hold temporary residence status, and
- travelled to the USA for the sole purpose of presenting their permit application at a Canadian port of entry
It is very good If they give eCoPR quickly without any need to flagpol. But this process would not harm once we have valid visa to enter into Canada.
Since we already submitted the photo and address through the portal, can we still do this flagpoling?
Also when meet all three conditions, would it guarantee a COPR be given on site?
And what documents should bring to prove the PR application is approved? The GC account still showing everything is in progress…
Thanks in advance!
