Questions on applying for visa with family

Hello everyone,

I am from Indonesia, planning to visit Canada with my wife and 4 yo. child.
So we applied for temporary entry to Canada visa on October 1st.
We paid 3 visa application fees and opted for family biometrics then me and my wife completed our biometrics on October 13.
I received a passport request letter on October 24, but only I got the letter. My wife and child hasn't got the letter.
Do I have to wait for theirs or it's one letter for a family?

Each person should get their own request. There can be delays between family members.
