It can take up to a few months so your timeline may be too tight. When did you apply and when do you want to return in December? Did you recently land in Canada? Is there anyway someone can send your PR cards to you via courier?

hello thanks for your answer! We’ve only been away from Canada for around two months. We landed and came back to the UAE to wrap things up with our current employers and prepare for our move. We applied for the PRTD yesterday and we plan to fly back mid december.
