One guy in pr applicants group called IRCC and an agent said like that. Believe or not is up to you. But it's pretty reliable because everyone is not getting eCopr now.

No i believe you, it makes sense, because no one is getting eCOPR for more than 2 weeks, hopefully they accelerate the process, because its just a paper that can be autogenerated, but means a lot for us.

It's a pretty strange part of the process to put on hold... As you say, at this point everyone would have been approved already anyway, it's just confirming a photo (which even a computer could do)

Sadly, providing ecopr is done by the officer :-(

I guess IRCC will resume providing ecopr from next week.

Hoping for that, flag polling is possible ? after we submit the photo and address declaration in PR portal
