Any May 2022 applicants still waiting? Haven’t received any updates since Aug 10 when my ME passed and biometrics got linked. Ordered GCSM notes a couple of days ago but don’t expect to get those until a month from now. I suspect my application could be in security screen (based on travel history and nationality). I received a work permit + visa just last year (that process took longer than average in my case too) and was thinking background check would be a breeze for my PR application.

May 2022 here, still waiting. No updates since passed the medicals (28 july 2022)

Outland and BC.
Maybe they are prioritizing inland applications now. I just really don't understand how IRCC process PR applications. People is getting BIL and MED in lees than a month now but they don't process and close the older applications. It seems really inefficient.

I'm with you in that I do not know how they process the applications. Some applications get completed in 2 months while some takes a little longer.
