If you read the webpage below, unless I am mistaken, it does not say that you cannot get GCMS notes from outside Canada. One can apply online. Although you need find someone who is eligible to be your representative so that the relevant government department can release your info with your consent.
Sorry, that was a bit of a wording error on my side. I need to find someone eligible and these agencies seem to be the best option. What I am asking is can you or anyone suggest me an agency that is legit? So far I have found gcmsnotes.ca and getgcmsnotesbuddy.com. Are these sites legit or are they going to scam me?

How long does it take them to update the Tracking# and Status after you upload the consent form? I uploaded it via the GET GCMS dashboard but nothing has changed.
it shouldn't take more than 1 day as per my experience but i sent email too at: consent@getgcms.com and info@getgcms.com with payment receipt because nothing was showing under uploaded option. so send email
