I am currently residing and working in Canada with a PGWP and I am hoping to apply for PR by January. I am looking to apply with my spouse who is outside Canada. Is this possible or does she need to come to Canada for me to be able to apply my PR with her?

Thank you!! Do you know where i can find this ruling? Because everytime i search for it on google it just shows me about family sponsorship (inland and outland) which is completely different

Family sponsorship is the wrong program to be looking at (and also the wrong part of the forum to be posting in). This has nothing to do with Family sponsorship.

If your married or common law,you need to include your immediate family member( spouse and kids)when you apply for PR.

That is the plan. I was just wondering if my spouse needs to be in Canada when i apply for the PR or is it fine that they are outside Canada
