What do you mean? Your spouse has a study permit, and you want to accompany them as a visitor or for open work permit? Does student have permit already and is Canada?
Actually, my wife is applying for a study permit and for an open work permit for me as well. The agency through which I am applying is asking for an affidavit to attach with the study plan as a supporting document for SOWP. So if any of you guys have a similar experience, please share the format as a reference.
This affidavit actually says my spouse got an offer letter from a college and if she is granted with a visa, I would love to accompany her and please grant me SOWP. And also how much amount I have for the expenses.
