Call IRCC and ask the agent about your application processing office. The agent was able to confirm my processing office.

I called and they told me I am Vancouver office, thank you!

Yes I did and turned out to be Vancouver

so my application status got updated today to everything being complete except for the citizenship ceremony (not started), does anyone know how long will it take to be called for the oath after everything is marked complete?

Depends on your office.

Also when did you sibmit the application? By online or paper?

Online, Sep 2021 and i have no clue which office is handling my application

Your office is typically in the major city closest to your address on file. You can post the email address that sent you the test invite and folks here will be able to tell the office. If you call the IRCC call center they'll be able to tell as well.

Lots of online backlogged applications are getting cleared these days esp Sep - Dec 2021. You'll probably get something sooner rather than later but it's difficult to tell exactly when especially since offices are now sharing each other's applications.

Everything else apart from Oath Ceremony got updated as Completed on 4th Oct. but there’s been no update after that.

2 of my friends had their physical, prohibition and language marked as Completed on 8th Oct and the got the Oath Ceremony update literally the next day. Am not sure why there’s no movement on my profile.

All 3 of us are tagged to the Scarborough office in Ontario .

Getting a little anxious now, not gonna lie.

Yes , Citizenship test is marked as completed since June 15 2022 , and result is 20/20
