At which IRCC office should I submit the reconsideration request webform

Hello friends, I have submitted a reconsideration request by raising a webform to the IRCC-webform Singapore office as our Bangladeshi applications are processed in the Singapore office. Is it OK or should I submit it to the IRCC-webform main contact line as well?

How long did it take from submitting to getting the final response for your application?can u provide ur time line.
In case of reconsideration sent it to the main ircc contact.

hi Niha, it took 201 days . submission : March 16
correspondence: October 3.
I will have to send to irrc main contact now ?

I already submitted it to Singapore office on Saturday. now if I resubmit the same file to main office , would not it be mess ?
