Just waiting for the passport request
Its only for paper applicants. You can check status here just like PR tracker. I guess PR tracker takes some time to update and show application status, but ECAS shows you actual status.
Yaa in my tracke still no update and same with gc key
Hopefully something will come in the afternoon or maybe tomorrow
My ECAS status also says decision made but i havent heard from my representative about PPR. Fingers crossed

but for Permanent Residence Application Status: In Process
For you is it DM for both?

May 6 : Application submission
July 15: AOR
July 27: Sponsor approval
July 27 : Medical Request
July 27: Biometrics request
August 3: Biometrics submitted
August 22: Medicals done
August 27: Medicals submitted by physician clinic
August 30: Medicals completed in tracker
September 1: Eligibility completed
September 1: Pre arrival email
October 14: PPR
