I got reply from SMU and my problem is solved.Help me fill out this form. there are four sections I am not sure of. they are circled in black. please check
3. Course code (for me is): MBA
4.1 No of Transcript copies requested. I am asked to leave this section blank for CANADA ECA by ICAS
4.2 For Bonafide cum Migration I am asked to select NO for CANADA ECA by ICAS
9. Applicant’s address to which the certificate to be sent. I am asked to add the ICAS address here for CANADA ECA by ICAS
