PGWP under process, TRV will expire in Sept, how can I travel to my home country?

Hello everyone. I finished my studies in June. I applied for PGWP and started working in July. I plan to travel to my home country in December but my TRV expires in September. Considering that the processing time for PGWP is over 150 days, waiting for it and then applying for a TRV extension is not an option.

I heard I can apply for a visitor visa and travel with it. My question is since I will be entering Canada as a visitor, can I continue working?

The above link states that we can enter as a visitor and continue working, but I am not sure if it is applicable when the TRV is associated with a visitor visa and not a study permit.

URGENT HELP!! I have been waiting for my PGWP Extension for 6 month. No updates yet. I have to travel to India Next Month. I can't apply for TRV extension since I dont have my Extended PGWP. I can't flagpole since, they can't do for any kind of extension.

On other Hand, I have applied for Inland Spousal Sponsorship PR Application In Canada Class ( Waiting for my CoPR). Not Expecting it to come before I leave Canada.

Can I apply for TRV based on my Spousal Sponsorship Application? Or is there any other way I can come back to Canada? URGENT HELP!!!

You can appy for a TRV for any reason. You need a valid TRV to return to Canada. You don't need to wait for your PGWP extension to be approved to apply for a TRV.

Note that you are not applying for a TRV extension. You are applying for a new TRV. This is very important. Make sure you apply for the right thing.
