Thanks for clarifying, I'm confusing myself as we're using some the same evidence for multiple sections.

Will these help prove our intent to move?
-A letter from someone stating they will sell us a house
-Deeds (I jointly own 2 properties with my father, rural land, and I jointly own another with my cousin.). Whether we plan to eventually use/build on/sell these, do they help here?

We are all responding to your most recent topic - which is the proof that you will return to Canada once PR is approved.

You can use the same evidence for multiple sections. For your employment to help you as proof you will return, I really think you need a letter from your employer.

Yes, the deeds are helpful as evidence of return. I'm not sure what you mean by a letter from someone stating they will sell you a house. Do you mean engaging a real estate agent? Yes, you can include that.

Thanks again, all of you have been super helpful.

The letter is a from family member stating they have offered to sell us a house. This house was used to look after a family member in need of assistance, and will be available for us as this family member will be moving into a care home shortly. Is there any way to add some weight to this, or will the letter suffice?

A letter from your employers whether now or partway through the sponsorship process is your best evidence. Anything that isn’t concrete can only provide so much proof.

Thanks, we'll work on this. I'm wondering, hypoethetically, would I not be allowed to return to Canada with my wife if I was unemployed?

You can certainly return if you are unemployed. There's no requirement to be employed.

The way to add weight to this would be to have an actual contract for purchase that is future dated. Otherwise you'll have to go with a letter.

Probably unrealistic due to 2 year processing times currently being offered, unfortunately. Thanks!

I think you shouldn't stress about this quite so much. Letter from employer (for either one of you) will be pretty good, savings shows you have capacity to survive here anyway, owning some property and/or offer of family member to let you live with them (while you build?) will be overall pretty strong. Would suggest perhaps moving some money to Canada at some point.

Again, do collect some minor stuff to show preps - moving quotes or whatever.

But while not perfect it seems overlal not bad.

While no guarantees, would agree that could be substantially faster for UK citizen residing in UK with spouse. Assuming you've been together a few years, shouldn't be much concern about relationship/marriage, UK / NATO faster for security and police checks generally.

Agree with others, show the things you can as connections even if they seem weak to you. Don't try to justify why there's low activity, having the accounts will help.

Job: do you mean you will keep your current job when you move to Canada (i.e. work remote or something)? If so, explain that.

Final comment: keep updating while your file in process in case of any updates, i.e. getting quotes from movers, any arrangements you or your spouse make for when you arrive, job searches, joining a boy scout troop, vists to make arrangements, buying food, pet vaccinations, whatever. It will help you show you've continued to prepare despite long lead time.
I have seen your comments your every advice is worth tking with a pinch of salt. Appreciated

Almost finished now. Keep getting an error "Maximum Value Exceeded" trying to upload supporting evidence.

Does this mean I've reached my max number of uploads?
