You were nominated as a Skilled Worker in Manitoba on the basis of having worked for a Manitoba Employer for 6 months and having a long term job offer with the same employer in Manitoba. We have received information that you have not been employed or residing in Manitoba for a long time. As a result, you do not appear to meet the conditions under which you were nominated.
The MPNP is an economic immigration program for skilled workers who are able to make an immediate economic contribution to the province. Based on the information available to us, it seems that you do not meet the nomination requirement of being employed in Manitoba with a long-term, permanent and full-time job offer.
In 2020 whn I submitted EOI i was in canada later i had to leave in September 2020 and mpnp knew that im supposed to leave…
When I submitted my full application i left and I submitted the letter from my employer that i worked for 2.5 yrs but they still want to support me. When they gave me MPNP they knew i have no status in canada now.
In November beginning i got mpnp and i started the process for pr application and work permit… my work permit was open according to mpnp
IN feb 2021 I applied for WP and in march 2021 I applied for pr paper base. Last year covid situation was really bad as well. I thought wp gonna come i even booked my tickets twice.
I got a response for work permit in august end and i tried to fight it in fedral, in the mean time i received gcms notes in November and it stated a very strong wording for refusal… I didn’t wanted to fight anymore instead though to reapply. So from December i was in process to reapply for work permit and in January this year i took upfront medical and in February I received aor.
But still in march i was in process for work permit and asked my employer for updated letter and everything and from april my pr strted to process and in may cleared my medical june i got adr last month too i got adr for updated job letter n everything.
This isn’t like I didn’t wanted to come. And i have proof of every single thing here.
From the first 2 paragraphs… what do u think they are looking for… do they wanna know if i still have the same job offer from the same employer and is still willing to get back????
