Hello,
I am on work permit in Canada and applied for TRV in Canada itself. My letter did not arrive on my address in Canada. Then I travelled to India due to urgent reasons. My passport is not stamped and the cic application shows submitted on my application. I raised a web form explaining my situation but haven't heard back yet.
As I am in India now, should I start a new TRV application here? Please help me out, I need to go back to Canada for work.

my application didn't even start processing and I couldn't wait because of situation at home in India, so I travelled but how should I proceed now? Whom should I contact? Can I start new application from India?

please not to withdraw the application that was applied from Canada, because if it get approved you can still get stamped India.
did you apply for trv from India, if yes please share your timeline!
