When applying for canadian citizenship, did you just send the copies of your ID or did you had them certified or contacted a "guarantor" to stamp on the copies?

copies of 2 ID for Canadian citizenship

Just copies for IDs, only photos from studio should bear (name, signature), studio stamp and date at back side.
