I am about to submit my citizenship application. I was thinking about a passport page but what can I sublit as a second piece? Iwas about to submit a pR card but they said clearly on the IRCC website that "

• A PR card may only be used as personal identification if your second piece of personal identification was issued by the Canadian government."

Provincial health card, I know about Ontario we have OHIP, in BC I just googled and found Service Card as well which replaced Care Card. I believe should be fine as far as issued by provincial govt.

If you have not combined your Driving licence and BC Services card, the can be used as two forms of ID. If you have combined them into one, it is one form of ID.

BC Services card is free to get and you can get one from ICBC or Service BC centres

If you have the old format BC Care card without a photo and signature, I would recommend: 1. BC Driving Licence and 2. Bio page of Passport
