And yet in terms of prepping the documents it's a lot of the same stuff. Aside from processing times, I think it makes sense to have both inland and outland together. This way, there are more people who can help.

Waiting for AOR is the worst part! If DHL says they received it, then they have it, you just have to wait for them to start processing, unfortunately.

Just got PA eligibility approval email letter last night (2022-10-15). Full timeline in my signature.
Outland generally takes much longer to receive AOR. I know some June outland applicants who are still waiting.My timeline:
