I got qualified because I was working in telecommunications industry both as a mobile phone repairer at Mobile Klinik and a telecommunications technician at Bell Canada and completed my 1 year experience. I’m not sure if you can apply for it but if your employer writes duties and title for 7246 on employment letter you should be ok to apply for pnp.

so i’m working exact same job but in different company and they told me they can write 2242 or they can leave empty do you think it will work? and can you tell me how long did you worked in mobile klinik ? and how long in telecommunications?

If your duties/responsibilities are of 7246 and the job title matches with 7246 examples or they are quite close to the examples, in NOC for 7246, if not identical, then you should be fine. Mobile Klinik - 4 months, Bell - 8 months.

and these are responsibilities:
Disassembly of the wireless electronic devices for its failure cause and inspection of internal components
for liquid or physical damage
Perform F diagnostics, failure analysis, and enter the analysis results in electronic complaint handling
system.
Identify and trace equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair the equipment.
Re-assemble unit with new cosmetic parts as per the requirement using procedures and guidelines
provided
Test all functionality of unit, before moving along to the next process
Track all work using online real time database
Compile logs, operational data and maintenance reports
Must comply with ESD, 5S, and PPE policy
Daily production must comply with expectation for quality and output
Work with team and management to meet and maintain goals
