How much work experience is to show in the PR application?

Can I delete my previous work experience in my PR application which is not contributing any points to my CRS score to avoid submitting employment records from previous companies? I have been working with my current company for more than 10 years.

You can move any work experience for which you are not claiming points to "Personal History" section post ITA. Only the work experience for which you are claiming points and have reference letters should be mentioned in "Work Experience" section.
