Hello Friends, I need suggestions if anyone has got same letter from CIC that I received?
Question:_ Do I need to submit OPTION C print for Financial year 2021 as well or just 2018, 2019 and 2020?
Below is the letter that I received from CIC
This letter confirms that your Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class was received
by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) at the Case Processing Centre in
Mississauga on behalf of the following family member(s):

Please note that the following documentation will be required for your sponsorship
application to determine whether you meet the minimum necessary income requirements to
sponsor a parent or grandparent. In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included
in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:
A completed and signed authorization form – IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents
and Grandparents Sponsorship providing your Social Insurance Number.
o If you selected “Yes” to the Statement of Consent on this form and provided your
Social Insurance Number, you authorize IRCC to request information from Canada
Revenue Agency (CRA) in regards to your, or the cosigner’s (if applicable), income
tax information for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received
date of your application.
OR
o If you selected “No” to the Statement of Consent on this form then you would need to
provide in addition, a completed form - IMM 5748 - Income Sources for the
Sponsorship of Parents and Grandparents and an original OPTION C-Printout
for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received date of your
parents and grandparents sponsorship application. This document is not the same
as the Notice of Assessment and the Option C available on your My Account.

Thanks Buddy finally my parents received medical last week and they completed yday Atleast moved to next step.
This is Your AOR. if you already submited those documents with application then you need to ignore it.
I received a similar letter couple of months ago. I didn't resubmit IMM 5768 because it clearly says If NOT (underlined). I received Sponsor approval and PCC request roughly after 30 days.

I have only attached NOA previously through portal and not Option C print.

Not the AOR date. When immigration received your application back in Nov-21/Dec-21. Can you share your timelines?

If you submit this with your application then don't need to send anything.
In my case I filled IMM 5768 with application and then when they actually need to verify my income i got seperate request letter for to submit Option c printout for the tax years 2018,2019 and 2020.
So What I am saying you don't need to send anything yet, if they need then they will send you request.
Again for safe side if you want send then submit the document by web form.

You have to qualify for every year so no harm printing out 2021 as well so they won’t ever have to verify your 2021 income.
