Reason mentioned in refusal letter!!
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous
studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your
future prospects and plans.

My Profile:-

*10th passed in 2018 cbse board (eng. 86/pun. 87/math.39/sci. 55/s.s.81)
*12th passed in 2020 cbse board with commerce stream ( eng. 90/phy. Edu. 78/business 82/accountancy 45/eco. 75)
*Ielts band score:- overall 7.5 (L. 8.5/R. 7.5/S. 7.0/ W. 6.5)
* College- Niagara Toronto campus
* Course - Business-General

Order GCMS notes. This is your second refusal so are they the same reasons from first refusal. What did you change in your second application. Believe you were advised in past posts So information doesn’t change. Your program makes no sense if you are just out of high school. You can’t justify the costs of a Canadian general business two-year program. Your math and accounting grades are low so VO has concerns you will not complete the course. Consider a university program or complete a degree in your home country and come to canada for masters or PGDM. Your reasons are not strong from past posts...saying program gives practical rather than theoretical knowledge is what everyone says. So what does that actually mean. Again you need to change your program, consider university or get your undergrad in your home country.

I had applied for GCMS notes after first refusal. Which stated, "
Text: I have reviewed all the documentation provided for this application-1 have considered the clients education, the client's letter stating their reasons for study. Summary of key findings below: PA seeks to obtain a diploma at a Canadian college; No record of employment.
Study plan submitted is general and does not outline a clear career path for which such an
educational program would be of benefit or improve job prospects back home.
The applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the potential
career/employment benefits after completion, and the local options available for similar studies. Therefore, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay. Application refused as per R216 (1) (b)."

Is getting university better than college?? What kind of program should i consider??

A 2 year general business program is of no benefit to you. You would be paying tens of thousands of dollars with no employment prospects, and you have no work experience. You can take a general program in your home country. A 4 year university degree has more chance of being approved. Or consider a trade. However you need to get accepted to a program. I can’t tell you what to study. You need to decide what you want for a career. Don’t reapply until you have changed programs, have a clear career path to justify costs of studies.

So look into BBA programs at public universities. Or do a business degree in your home country and consider Canada to expand on your education/career in a specific discipline. Most BBA programs require math (functions and/or another math discipline) which you don’t have.

If you want to do business degree in Canada then you need Grade 12 math. York University, for example, requires at least a 56%. A lot of Canadian students redo Grade 12 subjects to get higher markers. Or look at a three year college program in business.

If you are determined to do your undergrad in Canada then find a new program - university or 3 year college with specialization and address each area of the GCMS notes. Take the total cost of the program including living expeneses, and outline the career options/path available to you that will justify the costs. So if your program is $70k then give realistic examples of the salary you will get. Explain why you need to come to Canada (do not say gain practical knowledge because everyone says that and I find it hard to believe that courses in your country are not in accounting, HR).

Since it is October, you may be looking at September 2023 so you have time to research and find the right program that fits your career path.

Also, you have two refusals so if you ever apply for a visitor (or study) visa for any country, you must state your Canadian refusals.

I am actually looking for may intake. How about private college?? Are they good?? Someone told me about Cambria college. Course is Digital business management. But this college doesn't provide pgwp. I have heard that college which doesn't provide pgwp have high refusal chances. It is registered in dli though. Can you please suggest me any college and uni which accepts low academics.

You have two refusals so choosing a private college with no PGWP will be refused. Why spend all that money on a private college. Choose a public college or university. For a 3 year college business program or university degree, you most likely need Gr. 12 math. You need to research programs where you don’t need Gr. 12 math.

But you were just refused a 2 year diploma, correct? A 2 year program is of no benefit and will not address refusal reasons. Pick a province or city and research colleges and universities. If you don’t want to do research or reapply on your own then hire a licensed immigrant consultant.

Last 2 time also, i applied through licensed immigrant consultant. So, i just want to research on my own about the course and everything. My 2 year diploma was refused because it was general and didn't had much scope. What if i choose undergraduate specific diploma in university which accepts low academic also??
