Submitted and received AOR on Aug 31st morning, but the AOR is dated Sep 1st LOL. IRCC has a time machine?

Hello guys little question about biometrics. They don't ask me to pay for them when I submitted my application. Does it mean that I don't need to do it? (biometrics available in my passport)
