How long does it usually take from oath ceremony till citizenship certificate received?

Any insight especially from those who have experience from Alberta (Calgary or Edmonton) is appreciated.

Maybe they were forgotten my file after the fingerprint request and his follow up made it move from idle state to active

I wrote to him to say that my citizenship application isn't moving however I see people sent their file 6 month after me and they got their citizenship approved. He sent a form to fill out and he got back to me after 10 days

I had my oath on September 21st and I received my certificate today. Oath office was Winnipeg and I reside in Calgary…hope that helps

Hi all, I am back here after a long time n hoping to get some guidance.

Paper Application
Family of 4: Husband, Wife and two kids
App Sent: Sept 28, 2021
AOR: Dec 14, 2021
Finger Prints: Jan 2022
Test status completed: Feb 28,2022
Last status update: March 1

except citizenship test status complete, everything else is “In progress”.

I reached to my MP and the office told to wait as App timeline is now 26 months.
Any idea what’s going on and why is there complete silence with my case?
