1. They will share your information with the US and if you have never visited the US or it will return “no reportable trace”, otherwise it can take longer.
2. This is very strange, however, considering that they have already done your medical I think it’s not a reason to worry, it’s a good idea to send them a webform or call them directly to ask.

Hi Everyone,

So i applied for PR 13 months ago. I requested ATIP (CBSA Notes) just to get status of my PR application

Medicals - Passed
Criminality - In progress
Info Sharing - In progress
Eligibility - Not Started


Now i have two questions:

1. What does info sharing mean?

2. In the CBSA Notes- There is a section " Refugee Determination Decision"-- Here they wrote "Refugee Claimant".. Shouldnt my status be "Protected Person/Convention Refugee " instead? I had my hearing and i was accepted same day. Should i be worried that IRCC classifies me as a Refugee Claimant?
Any opinions would be welcomed guys.. Or shall i send a webform?

1. Info sharing involving sharing your details with 5 eyes and other nations if there are any information of interest.
2. That should be page 00003 of your note, it should be "Conventional Refugee" as Determination Decision. Determined by IRB. Did you attach NOD? Usually, IRB will upload in GCMS under your UCI #

I basically received an email having a pdf attachment and asking to reply with UCI and other details for me and family two days back.
So I replied that email, in next few minutes I received an automated reply from IRCC.
my question is that is this the email to create account on PR portal or I shall receive an other email with a proper link?
@Simba112 @sohaib1 if you guys can clarify it plz I am super confused and worries coz it’s been two days that I have replied them already.

I basically received an email having a pdf attachment and asking to reply with UCI and other details for me and family two days back.
So I replied that email, in next few minutes I received an automated reply from IRCC.

That is your portal request email. Soon you will get an email containing your portal login credentials. Then you'll be able to confirm your address and upload pictures of yours and the rest of your family in Canada

We both are in same boat and same timeline, and our family same country
