ITA received, PR application vs EE application several questions

Hi everyone.
I have several questions regarding filling in PR application after receiving ITA.
1. proof of funds. I have submitted " x " sum in EE profile showing amount on only 1 account which was sufficient, now in PR appl. I think to write funds on all my accounts, for this case should I prepare a LoE?
2. travel history. Should I mention also transit-airport countries (stamps of those countries are present in my passport) or only final destinations?

I think you can go back and change the values, in the sense that all the data from the EE pool profile gets copied over in the first step of the application right? And then you have to revalidate that while adding a few details. So I think you can change it there in the first step of the application profile if you want to.
