Paper application delivery address

If sending paper application by CanadaPost Xpresspost...can I send it to courier address?.
Also, If I choose the signature at delivery would it be a problem?

Send it by Courier (Purolator or Fedex). I just came back from Staples, and did today via Purolator (Express Envelope) from Toronto, package will be delivered by tomorrow, paid $39. Added also signature request. Fedex was $73 but also was showing delivery by next day. I read some mentions on forum that Purolator does deliver next day.

The courier address is:

Edit: if you want to send by CP Xpresspost, it has to be the Courier address as above, and signature request is default, no problem!
