No one can tell as it depends on country and school. You will find out when you complete your ECAs.

i have send documents to IQAS, it’s under-process. But just wanted to know Btech equivalency. Is it equal to bechlors degree in Canada ?

Can’t tell you but equivalency is at least 3 years.
