Supervisa while applicant's relative living outside of canada

Hi,
I am a canadian permanent resident currently living in Africa temporarily. I have a remote job that guarantees the minimum requirements in terms of financial support to my mother who's about to apply for a supervisa from outside canada.
Does the fact that I am living outside canada can cause an issue to her application, or would it be okay to just justify my temporary situation in the letter of invitation ?

As a PR holder I believe you have to be in Canada. This can be confirmed by others though.
