Each applicant is processed individually, not together. There could be an approval for you, and rejection for your wife. Files are not grouped together for processing.

Can+ eligibility only works if you have travel history to Canada in the last 10 years. Not having travel history / old visa will not process under Can+ if you have USA visa.

So CAN+ is really irrelevant at this time since family members are not eligible. No one can tell you chances. It is based on her profile too.
