Entering Canada as a tourist while my OWP is under Processing.

I'll be applying for my OWP. I already have a tourist visa for Canada. My question is if the OWP application will cause any issues at the airport passport control if I try to travel between US-Canada while my OWP application is getting processed. I don't plan on getting the OWP at the port of entry.

No issues. You can enter on your TRV.
