Offices processing your application

May I ask a silly question? It seems like everyone knows which office is processing your application. I have never received any email/letter telling me where my application is processing.
I was living in DT Toronto when I submitted the application. Recently I switched my address to Richmond Hill. Also I need to update some information in my application. (I made a small mistake on the Physical Presnece Form). I have no idea how to contact the office, becuase I don't have the address/phone number. I am even pretty sure which office I can contact.

The office name can be found in the email address that sent you test invitation or in GCMS notes.
If you don't have neither, call up IRCC.

Thank you! I checked my emails. The only one I found about the office infomation is from the test invitation letter, from IRCC-Vancouver. I am not sure why my document was not processing within the local area.

Hi guys, i am seeing that applicants that applied in 2021 and 2022 are already done with their ceremonies and people who applied in 2019 and 2020 are still waiting. Why is that?? I am an august 2020 applicant, still waiting. Mississauga office. I’m seeing applicants from missisauga office who applied in 2021 and 2022 already done with everything. What’s going on

Same boat.
Because IRCC wanna meet their KPIs for new batches. Ours belong to Covid batch whose delay are justified.

Quite likely your office would be Scarborough.
Not sure what stage your application is.. e.g. if you have received the AoR or completed the test etc..
It will be best if you can call IRCC (1-888-242-2100) and discuss with the agent to find out about your office.
Another way is to order GCMS notes via https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do the GCMS notes will only be provided in 4+ weeks.

Quite likely your office would be Scarborough.
Not sure what stage your application is.. e.g. if you have received the AoR or completed the test etc..
It will be best if you can call IRCC (1-888-242-2100) and discuss with the agent to find out about your office.
Another way is to order GCMS notes via https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do the GCMS notes will only be provided in 4+ weeks.

Test Completed: Apr.4th, 2022
The other parts are still in progress

The BG check request email you are referring is wrt Fingerprint (FP) request ?
If it is the case, yes in most case FP requests come through Vancouver...
In our case we also received FP request through Vancouver officer although we reside in Richmond Hill and our office was Scarborough...

Regarding your question about will they send my application to the nearby office.. This is something you will to ask, because it should be the case but anything is possible...
