Hi,

When I became protected person I got the acceptance letter dated on May 30, 2019 and in the attached papers it said the decision made on May 06, 2019.

My question is :

Which date should I use for physical presence calculator?

Go with the date of decision and not when you physically received the papers. Just like the date of oath is the day you become citizen and not when you physically receive the certificate. Pre-covid, both these dates were the same as you received the certificate on the same day, but not at the moment.

Hello,

I put the date of the decision, not the date notice of decision printed. However, my application was returned saying that my physical presence is lower than 1095 days. When I submitted my application it was showing 1374. Would that date be a problem? Because I don't see why they returned my application when I have 1374 days of presence in Canada.
