In our case, eligibility, BVL and PPR all happened at once on the same day.
Took 111 days / 16 weeks for my family. Already deferred to January but it's good so we'll have time to prepare and get cheaper airfare.

Hello! My medical got updated first. Eligibility and PPR on the same day. That was a week after my medical got updated.
My timeline is: (this is my 2nd application after a refusal)
July 15th: Submitted
July 18th: biometrics updated
It was only a background check going on until today
Today they updated the medical results and the eligibility review started.

Woohoo! Yung 20-days turn-around time ng SDS umabot ng 2 months! Had to defer from Fall intake to Spring. Salamat na rin, more prep time. Kapit lang applicants!

Pero from my observation I think IRCC is stil prioritizing Fall intake applications. I applied for Winter 2023 intake baka kaya hindi pa nila fina-finalize... :'(

Hi all, I received a refusal for my SDS application yesterday. Timeline was 14 weeks (June 14 - Sep 21). I was aiming for Fall 2022 intake.

Biometrics done: June 16
Medical passed: June 30
Biometrics validation: Sep 21
Background check completed: Sep 21

Refusal: Sep 21
My refusal letter said, "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay." It was incredibly frustrating to wait more than two months without an update only to get refused.
Ordered my GCMS notes right away, as I plan to reapply via Regular Stream once I've made improvements to my application based on the notes. Still hoping to somewhat make the January 2023 intake.
