I am hoping the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2022 open this year. I am eligible for last two years (2021 - 2020) but I am $3500 low for my 2019 income, is there any one here who tried to attach the explanation letter with the application and tried to prove the income in recent years? or should I just not apply at all ?

You must meet the LICO set for each year . Attaching an explanation would be rejected

You will still be rejected. Regardless if you want to take one parent only if both are alive, income requirement still includes BOTH parents and their dependents.

You can include the information as an extra documents if there isn’t enough room.

you know that you are not eligible, but you still apply. You will surely loose your CIC processing cost and someone lottery's spot.

OP is not eligible but is not taking away someone’s spot. IRCC sends out 23k invitations but accept up to 15k. This means many people are not eligible and still apply. IRCC knows this so that is why they send out more invitations than spots.

My parents got request for passport. I want to ask how long will they have after immigration stamped to do landing?
